Susan Hanson

Susan Hanson is a member of the English faculty at Texas State University-San Marcos and lay Episcopal chaplain for Higher Ground, the Lutheran-Episcopal Campus Ministry at Texas State. She also worked for nearly 20 years as newspaper journalist, writing columns, feature stories, and book reviews. Her book Icons of Loss and Grace: Moments from the Natural World was published by Tech Texas University Press in May 2004. Susan is married and is the mother of one grown daughter.
